CORPORATE & TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS

We understand that making sure your employees are successful in their role at work is important to you. Our workshops can help to improve communication between team members, create non-hierarchical connections between team members, serve as an ice-breaker on team building days or as an energiser during conferences. Our workshops are held in a positive and friendly space, with a focus on co-operation between participants. It’s the perfect enrichment activity to get your employees motivated.

During the session we will use rhythm games as an ice-breaker to open your workshop before introducing the instruments and building up a multi-layer groove. Participants may be offered the chance to lead the group with call-and-response rhythms, improving their self confidence and communication skills. At the end of the workshop, we’ll do a final performance of everything we have learned. This, will be a great opportunity to film the performance as a showcase of the skills learned alongside being a great reminder of the workshop your employees participated in.

Over the years, our team of people have delivered countless workshops for many employees of companies including IKEA, Global Grooves, British Gas and the London 2012 UK Paralympics Team. Our workshops are designed to bring people together, re-energise them and expose their hidden talents as they learn and play a piece of Samba music.
